Service Policies
Welcome to Isabel Photography! My goal is to provide every client with a professional, enjoyable, and personalized photography experience. Please review the following policies before booking your session.
Booking and Payment
A booking retainer is required to secure your session date and time. Your session is confirmed once the required retainer has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the photography session, as outlined in your session agreement.
By booking a session, clients agree to the payment terms and conditions provided in their agreement.
Cancelations & Rescheduling
Please notify Isabel Photography as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.
Retainers are subject to the cancellation terms stated in your signed agreement.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and any applicable fees outlined in the agreement.
In the event that the photographer is unable to perform the session due to unforeseen circumstances, Isabel Photography will communicate with the client to discuss the available options in accordance with the signed agreement and applicable law.
Gallery Expiration & Image Downloads
Online galleries are available for a limited period, as communicated when the gallery is delivered.
Clients are responsible for downloading and securely backing up their final edited photographs before the gallery expires.
Expired galleries may not remain accessible indefinitely. Gallery restoration or file recovery, when possible, may be subject to an additional fee.
Isabel Photography recommends keeping at least one backup copy of all downloaded photographs.
Image Selection and Delivery
Depending on the collection purchased, clients may receive a proofing gallery to select their included images.
Clients are responsible for submitting their selections within the timeframe communicated by Isabel Photography. Proofing galleries may be available for a limited time only.
Once the selections have been received, the final editing process will begin. Fully edited images will be delivered through a digital download link within the estimated delivery time frame communicated to the client. Delivery times may vary depending on the collection, the number of selected images, and seasonal workload. If a delay is anticipated, clients will be notified.
Copyright & Personal Use
Isabel Photography reserves the right to use images for promoting our website, as well as for printed materials, while retaining copyright ownership. All images are protected under copyright law and may not be used for commercial purposes
or sold to third parties by the client.
Clients who purchase images for personal use may share them with family and on personal (non-commercial) social media accounts.
RAW Files & Unedited Images
Isabel Photography does not provide RAW files, original camera files, or unedited photographs.
All delivered photographs are professionally selected and edited according to the photographer's artistic style and the collection purchased. The collection includes only the number of final edited images specified in the selected package. Proofing gallery images are not considered final deliverables unless otherwise stated.
Additional Images
Additional edited images may be purchased separately, subject to availability and the photographer's current pricing.
Only images included in the purchased collection or purchased as extras will be delivered as final edited files.
Please contact Isabel Photography if you would like to purchase additional images.
Client Preparation & Punctuality
Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for their scheduled session.
Late arrival may reduce the available photography time, as sessions are scheduled to accommodate other clients.
For newborn, baby, and children's sessions, parents or guardians are responsible for communicating relevant session needs and helping children feel comfortable throughout the experience.
Please follow any preparation instructions provided before your appointment to help ensure the best possible results.
Our prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, once a session is booked, the agreed price will be honoured.
Due to the nature of our product, once the final images have been delivered, no changes or refunds will be issued, as it is a digital product.
